Founded in 1922 by Alfred Aitken and Charles Bowyer as Aitken and Bowyer Motor Company, becoming Aitken Motor Company, and now (2022) Robinson Chevrolet Buick GMC, this dealership has been serving Simcoe and Norfolk County for 100 years.
Randy DeFields, our Sales Manager, has been with the dealership for over 30 years and his father, Larry DeFields, held that position before him. In 1936 this dealership was home to the first registered apprentice in the province of Ontario. In 1995 Aitken’s was the first GM dealership in Ontario to complete the GM Image Program.
