If I could give a higher rating, I would! Hands down the best customer service I have ever received with a dealership. So much so, that I drive all the way from Mississauga just to have my SUV serviced by them! Nicole, at reception is always a welcoming, friendly voice that greets you when you call. Carole, the service advisor is always great at accommodating my appointments and always keeps me informed of any maintenance that is necessary to keep the vehicle in tip top shape. Anytime, I had to order any parts for my vehicle, Marco, the parts manager, always helps explain what I need and is very knowledgeable. Nuno and Maarten have always done an amazing job on my vehicle and has her running like the first day I picked up my vehicle. Alex, from the detailing team, is simply fantastic! Had a few stubborn spots that I couldnt get clean and she helped bring my car back to new again! Lastly, anytime I’m in the waiting room, Chris, Jaimie, Melissa or any of the nearby staff always ask if I’m comfortable, or if I need a coffee. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I’ll never go to another dealership. It’s worth the drive for this kind of quality service!! I’d definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.
