On behalf of Robinson’s and Beth Braun’s negative review. I was in Robinson’s at inquiring about my truck and the lady with the Dodge was definitely making a scene in regards to her tire concern. She was arguing with the girl at the counter on the right side and was being very difficult to the point she asked for the Service Manager to come out and speak to the lady with the Dodge, he was very polite and professional in every way. It was explained to the customer why there was a charge for the repairs. I also overheard him informing the lady that he had discounted the repair due to her being in recently.

On an added note I have always received great Service from Aitkens and now Robinson. I also felt people should be made aware there is two sides to every story and felt I should comment as I was there and saw just how this lady was towards the Service department.

Robinson’s please keep up the good work and I will definitely be seeing you soon thank you for what you do.
